About Us

OneCommunity, a 501(c)(3) community-based non-profit organization was founded in 2009 to address the needs of the growing immigrant community. Our mission is to promote communities working together as One and to enhance the quality of life of all people through use of best practices and outreach services that improve health, education, and leadership skills. Our work advances equity and inclusion for underrepresented people in Northwest Arkansas by engaging, empowering and strengthening Latinx immigrant families and youth through educational programming with the goal of creating OneCommunity living, working and prospering together.
